UTEE - 2D and 3D effects with Cherilyn Martin

UTEE - Ultra Thick Embossing Enamel - can be used 2 or 3 dimensionally.

During this workshop we will experiment with Utee to explore the possibilities of this new product.

We will melt the granules of the Utee in an electrical Melting Pot to achieve a liquid resin.

This resin can be poured onto Moulding Mats to create highly textured 2D surfaces.

It can also be poured into moulds to create 3D objects.

During the lesson the 2D samples will be combined with quilt & embroidery techniques. The 3D samples will further be worked as jewellery.

Lots of new ideas will be formed in this workshop which are suitable for use in quilt & embroidery projects, or in the making of book covers or jewellery.
